The Official Southport Cocktail Week Cocktail List Is Here

People can enjoy a festival of cocktails and creativity when the first ever Southport Cocktail Week takes place this summer.

Discover over 45 delicious cocktails which have been created exclusively for the event across a variety of town centre venues between Friday 7th August and Sunday 16th August 2026.

Each participating venue is serving two limited-edition drinks, with many also offering exclusive extras and special deals for wristband holders.

Discover your new favourite bar; share unforgettable moments with friends; and support some fabulous local hospitality businesses in Southport town centre.

Try a Fruit & Nut Espresso at House of Ivy, sip on a Curaçao Martini at Occulo Lounge, or sample a Rhubarb and Custard at The Grand.

Head to newly opened music hub Warehouse Arts Centre for a version of Lady Gaga’s favourite cocktail, Gaga Senorita, comprised of red wine, coke, and cherries.

Southport Waterfront Hotel will be a popular spot in the summer sun, where you can enjoy a Waterfront Wave or Berry Blast overlooking the Marine Lake and Sefton Coast.

Other highlights include the Cherry Bakewell at Punch Tarmey's, Aku Aku at Sacre Bleu, Mai Tai Spritz at Sinclair's, plus many more.

There are some unique creations too, including the Tipsy Mermaid at The Corridor, and the Fully Loaded Bloody Mary at the multi- award-winning Grazing Lounge, which is served with a Mini-Pork Pie and a Scotch Egg.

To take part in Southport Cocktail Week, visitors can purchase a wristband online, which costs just £4.  Money from each wristband sold will be donated directly to Queenscourt Hospice to support the brilliant work they do in Southport and beyond.

Wristbands grant you access to offers and cocktails throughout the whole of Cocktail Week.  If you are planning more than one trip into town to enjoy some cocktails, simply keep your wristband safe and bring it with you on each visit.
