Purchase Age Restrictions
Southport Cocktail Week wristbands are open to those aged 18 or older.  Proof of age may be required upon collection of your tickets.  Participating venues are responsible for

Venue Participation
The list of participating venues is subject to change up to and during the event.

Sales Finalisation
All wristband sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued except as expressly provided in these terms below.

Changes to Event Dates
In the event that Southport Cocktail Week is rescheduled or postponed, all purchased wristbands will transfer to the new date.  communications will be sent to the email entered during payment.

Event cancellation
In the event that Southport Cocktail Week is cancelled, all purchased wristbands refund will be issued subject to booking fees.  All communications will be sent to the email entered during payment.

Payment Methods
Southport Cocktail Week uses the Ticket Tailor ticketing platform to process payments.  Please check their terms and conditions for more information.

Any personal information collected in connection with Southport Cocktail Week will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Photography & Promotional Material
Images and footage captured at Southport Cocktail Week may be used by the organisers for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes across print, digital, and social media channels. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional materials, please notify the organisers by emailing info@southportbid.com

Changes to Terms
The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to ticket holders and attendees via email and will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
